Portrait Photography FAQs

  • Yes! My team and I are happy to come to your office.

  • I provide you with a suggested wardrobe guide for you to share with your team. If there are specific colors or a specific look you are going for I will customize the guide for your needs so everyone is on the same page. Everyone is welcome to bring a couple of options for wardrobe, we can help them decide or take photos in a couple different outfits. I highly recommend a makeup artist if your budget supports it.

  • Many clients choose to shoot on a white background, this allows for maximum flexibility. For example, I can take photos around your office to add in a background in post production giving you an image on white as well as in an office environment. It also can look great to have a brick wall or office setting to shoot in, when we connect we can talk about what is best for your team. Web designers usually have a specific vision and I am happy to connect with your designer as well.

  • Once on set, my assistance and I guide each person with wardrobe and posing. As we’re shooting I’ll have each person come to the computer to view the images as we go along. We can see what you are liking and which direction to go in. I want you to feel comfortable and to have an image that captures you as you see yourself.

  • The day after our shoot you’ll receive individualized image gallery links, where you can make your selects for final retouching. Once everyone has selected their images to be retouched it can be a few days to a week (depending on volume) to receive finals. I can accommodate rush jobs if needed.

  • Absolutely. The goal is to have you look refreshed, yet natural. Let me know if you have specific requests.

  • I love to have 15-30 minutes with each person. It gets people feeling more comfortable, gives time for them to review images as well as any wardrobe changes like trying a different shirt or photos with and without a blazer. I can photograph people in a smaller window of time if needed.
